Fuji Maestro Pasuma Celebrates Daughter’s Graduation in the U.S.

Renowned Fuji musician, Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, had every reason to celebrate as his daughter, Aliyah Mofiyinfoluwa Odetola, recently graduated from an institution in the United States. Pasuma took to his official Instagram account on Saturday to share a heartwarming video from the convocation ceremony, expressing his gratitude to God for this milestone.
In his post, Pasuma wrote, “Haliamdulilahi Robin Al’amin, my daughter, Aliyah Mofiyinfoluwa Odetola, just graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana Champagne Chicago with honours. Modupe Olohun Oba, anu nimori gba, kii shagbara.”
Aliyah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the School of Integrative Biology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Not only is she a member of the esteemed class of 2024, but she was also honoured with an Academic Achievement Programme award. The convocation ceremony took place at the Tryon Festival Theatre within the Krannert Centre for the Performing Arts.
It’s undoubtedly a proud moment for Pasuma and his family as they celebrate Aliyah’s academic achievements and wish her success in her future endeavours.
