President Tinubu Extends Birthday Wishes to Babatunde Fashola

President Bola Tinubu extended warm congratulations to Babatunde Fashola, former Governor of Lagos State and ex-Minister of Works and Housing, on his 61st birthday. Fashola, who served as Chief of Staff during Tinubu’s tenure as Governor of Lagos State, has held significant roles in Nigerian governance, including as Minister of Power, Works and Housing from 2015 to 2019, and Minister of Works and Housing from 2019 to 2023.
In a statement by his spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu expressed gratitude to Fashola for his dedicated service to the nation. He joined in celebrating Fashola’s exceptional contributions and wished him many more years of good health and renewed strength to continue playing an active role in Nigeria’s development.
“The President joins family, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate one of Nigeria’s most gifted minds on this special occasion,” the statement concluded.
