Agbomhere: Afam Osigwe to Introduce Innovations and Enhance Transparency in NBA

Blessing Agbomhere Esq., a legal practitioner and lead partner at Ubiijus DLaw, has extended his congratulations to Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, on his election as the new President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
Osigwe, a former Secretary General of the NBA, secured 20,435 votes, surpassing his closest rival, Tobenna Erojikwe, Chairman of the NBA-Institute of Continuing Legal Education Governing Council, who received 10,998 votes.
In a personally signed congratulatory message, Agbomhere described Osigwe’s victory as not just a personal achievement but a significant win for the legal profession in Nigeria. He expressed confidence that Osigwe’s tenure would bring progress, innovation, and transparency to the NBA’s operations.
Agbomhere called on all members of the legal community to support Osigwe in his efforts to elevate the association. He praised Osigwe as a diligent worker, astute lawyer, and firm advocate of professionalism who would ensure that the NBA upholds its mandate to maintain high standards in legal practice and promote the principles of the Rule of Law and respect for fundamental human rights.
