Lagos Police PRO Cautions Against Provoking Armed Individuals, Stating “One with Gun is Majority”

Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, has issued a cautionary message to Nigerians, particularly the youth, advising against confronting or provoking armed individuals.
In a post shared on his official X account on Monday, Hundeyin urged the public to prioritize their safety and refrain from challenging armed individuals. He emphasized that the loss of life cannot be undone and urged people to avoid situations where firearms are involved.
“It never pans out well, nowhere in the world does it. A shot once fired can never be retrieved. A life once lost can never be brought back.” “Remember, one with gun is majority.”
“Note: This is not about armed police officers only. This is about any armed person, security forces or criminals.”
